Can I have a water check?

Because water is a precious resource, we encourage you to use it wisely. We can help you to save water.

We will carry out a free water efficiency check if you are a household customer.

This involves:

• giving information on the amounts of water various household devices use
• replacing, where possible, cold water tap and ball valve washers free of charge
• installing a free water saving device in your toilet cistern
• giving advice on garden watering and efficient use of water.
