Where can I find my customer account number or schedule number?

If you have a paper bill you can find your customer number in the top right hand corner. Your schedule number is below your customer and payment reference numbers.

If you have opted for paperless billing and have an online account, log in to download your latest bill in the ‘View bills’ section of your account.
