What is Restart?

If you have significant water debt you can’t repay, our debt support scheme Restart may help you.

If you pay your current year charges at the end of year one, under Restart we'll reduce your debt by an equivalent amount.

In year two, if you continue to pay your current year charges, we'll clear your remaining debt and you'll be back on track.
