How are my monthly Direct Debit payments calculated?

Your payment amounts are calculated based on your annual bill divided by the total number of instalments you choose to pay.

Metered customers can pay theirs in 2 or 12 instalments, and unmetered customers can pay theirs in 2 or 10 instalments.
