I'm moving into a metered property. How often will I receive my bills?

You'll receive bills every six months depending on when we read your meter.

If you are moving into a property with a meter please let us know about your move or contact us.

You will need to supply us with an initial meter reading. If you're unable to gain access to the meter, we'll arrange for a reading to be taken on your behalf.
