I am disabled and can't read my meter. Can you help?

If you need additional support due to age, ill health, disability, mental health or a temporary change in your personal situation, our free Priority Services register is designed to help. 

If you have mobility difficulties and are unable to read your meter, we can arrange to read it for you. We offer additional free meter readings to customers with mobility difficulties, subject to a maximum of four per year.
