I am disabled and can't read my meter. Can you help?

If you have additional requirements due to your age, ill health, a disability, mental illness or particular needs, our Priority Services scheme helps us to take this into account.

If you have mobility difficulties and are unable to read your meter, we can arrange to read it for you.

We offer additional free meter readings to customers with mobility difficulties, subject to a maximum of four per year.
