Can I move an inspection chamber on my property?

If the inspection chamber is on a drain which serves just your property, it is your responsibility and you may make changes provided building regulations are followed.

If the chamber is on a sewer shared with neighbours, the ownership and responsibility is shared. These shared sewers transferred to our ownership in October 2011.
