Can I make additional payments online if I have a payment plan?

Yes. You can make additional payments online using a debit or credit card.

You will need your 13-digit payment reference number and there's a minimum payment of £2.

If you pay by Direct Debit, please contact us to ensure the additional payment doesn't affect your monthly payments.
