My account is in credit. Can I claim this back?

If you are a metered customer paying by direct debit, you will be building credit which will go towards your bill.

Once your meter has been read, if you are over £50 in credit, you will be automatically refunded. Anything below £50 will roll over to the next billing period.

If you are an unmetered customer and you have made an overpayment, please contact us to arrange a refund.
