I have spotted a leak. Who should I contact?

Who you need to contact will depend on where the leak is located.

• Leaks in a public area, such as a road or pavement, are most likely our responsibility.
• Leaks outside your property but on your land are most likely to be your responsibility, but we can often help fix them.
• Leaks inside your home will be your responsibility to fix.

If the leak is in a public area or on your land, please report it online or call us. 

If the leak is inside your home, please contact a plumber.
