Can I have my meter moved?

If you'd like to have your meter relocated so you can carry out building work or to make it easier for you to read your meter, we will carry out a free survey within 10 working days of receiving your request.

If we agree to move it, we will carry out the work within 15 working days. There may be a charge for this work.

If we fail to meet these guarantees, you can claim compensation.
