What will happen to my payments if I use more or less water than was estimated?

If your meter reading suggests you are using more or less water than initially estimated in your annual bill, your Direct Debit will automatically be updated to reflect the amount you should be paying.

This amount will be reflected on the bill generated once the updated reading is added to your account.
