How do I get a refund on an overpayment?
If your account shows a credit or overpayment of over £50 and we've read your meter, we will automatically issue a refund for the balance.
Anything below £50 will roll over to the next billing period unless you tell us otherwise. If you would like to arrange a refund, please contact us.
If you pay by Direct Debit, it will be sent directly to your bank account. If not, a cheque will be sent to you in the post within five working days of your request.
