Can metered customers pay in instalments?

If your property is metered you can pay by Direct Debit and choose to pay monthly or half-yearly.

If your property is unmetered you can pay in one annual payment, two half-yearly payments or over 10 monthly instalments.

You can set one up a Direct Debit:

• by filling in our online form
• by printing off, filling in and returning the application form
• calling us to set one up over the phone.
