Who is responsible for my water supply pipe?

By law you are usually responsible for all pipework from the meter point to your property.

Where your service pipe crosses third party land you’re responsible for the pipe from the point where it leaves our water main in the highway.

You’re also responsible for the maintenance of the plumbing inside your home, eg, taps and overflows.
