What should I do if I have moved into a metered property?

If you have moved, please tell us your new address by filling in this online form.

You will need to tell us your name, email address, the date you moved in, your new address and your initial meter reading.

If you're unable to obtain a reading, please contact us to arrange a meter reader to visit. We'll read the meter on the weekday you move provided you give us five working days' notice.
